When will my order be ready?
You can expect to have your order generally in 1-2 weeks. If your order requires a proof to be approved, then the turn around is 1-2 weeks following proof approval. If my turnaround is delayed for some reason, I will announce that in the announcement bar at the top of my website. Some products do take longer and if that is the case, the turnaround time will be listed on the product page.
What are my delivery options?
Most items can be directly shipped to you. By default, I ship via USPS First Class, however if you prefer USPS Priority or UPS, I can ship through them as well. I also offer local pick-up if you are local to Annapolis, MD.
Can I make changes to a semi-custom design?
95% of the time, the answer is yes! You can change colors, text, wording, fonts, etc! Click here to see some of the styles you can choose from.
What is your ordering process for custom orders?
Your first step is to fill out the form here. Once I review your responses, I will be in touch. The exact process really depends on the project itself.
Do you do rush orders?
I most certainly can! f you have a specific timeline, please make note of it on your order form and I will do my best to accommodate it! The majority of my products are printed out of house through a professional printer so if you need your item faster than their turnaround, a rush fee may be applied.
