PERSONALIZATION
Once your item is added to your shopping cart, a form will pop up for you to enter your personalization details. Please provide all the details of your customization in this form. Click HERE for some of the styles I offer, but feel free to request anything!
PROOFS
All custom orders receive 2 rounds of proofs (one initial and one supplemental, if necessary). Proofs will be emailed to the address provided at check-out within 5 business days. Instructions for how to provide feedback or approve your proofs will be provided in the proof email. Please keep in mind that production does not begin until you approve your proof. If I do not receive approval or feedback within 14 days, your order may be refunded or sent to production without your approval.
SHIPPING
Orders will ship 1-3 days following production. You will receive an updated email with tracking information once your package has shipped. Any damages, including lost or missing packages are not the responsibility of Mallory Designs. If something does happen in transit, please reach out and I would be happy to help!
