Once your item is added to your shopping cart, a form will pop up for you to enter your personalization details. If there are other elements you wish to add or change, feel free to request them in this form as well! Click HERE to view more styles available.
COLORS
Everyone’s computer monitor and calibrations are different so the colors shown may differ from the actual printed product.
TURN AROUND TIME
Labels and stickers can take 2-3 weeks plus shipping time. Please refer to the announcement bar for the most updated turn around times. If you need your item sooner, please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate.
PROOFS
All orders containing personalized items have the option to receive a proof. Some items automatically come with a proof, and others you have the option to choose whether you want to receive a proof. Proofs will be emailed to the address provided at check-out within 3 business days. Instructions for how to provide feedback or approve your proofs will be provided in the proof email. Please keep in mind that production does not begin until you approve your proof. If I do not receive approval or feedback within 14 days, your order may be cancelled/refunded or sent to production without your approval.
SHIPPING
Orders will ship 1-2 days following production. You will receive an updated email with tracking information once your package has shipped. Any damages, including lost or missing packages are not the responsibility of Mallory Designs. If something does happen in transit, please reach out and I would be happy to help!
CARE
Rectangle and shape labels are removable and shouldn’t leave a sticky residue behind when removed. Rest assured, even though they’re removable, they’ll stay put and are safe to put in the dishwasher. For best results, make sure you’re applying our rectangle and shape labels to a clean, dry, flat surface for 24 hours prior to getting them wet. Sometimes the heat from the dishwasher can make the edges of your labels curl up but you should be able to press them back down to re-engage the adhesive. Clothing labels are permanent and designed to be washer and dryer safe** (you can also use them on non-clothing items and place them in the dishwasher!). Clothing labels should be adhered to a garment’s tag for 24 hours prior to washing. If your garment does not have a tag, you can place the clothing label on the brand stamp, however it is not guaranteed to withstand the washer and dryer.
* dishwasher safe indicates that an item will remain adhered and retain its appearance through many dishwashing cycles. Our labels are made to withstand temperatures up to 300 degrees F, if your dishwasher uses higher water or drying temperatures, our labels may not be able to maintain their adhesion and appearance and hand washing is recommended. Dishwashing and the use of some chemicals/detergents may cause the life cycle of your label to shorten.
** Washer and dryer safe indicates that an item will remain adhered and retain its appearance through many machine washing cycles. Our labels are made to withstand temperatures up to 300 degrees F, if your washer/dryer uses higher water or drying temperatures, our labels may not be able to maintain their adhesion and appearance and hand washing is recommended. The use of some detergents/soaps may cause the life cycle of your label to shorten.
